Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped through UPS and FED EX. All orders will ship within 4-6 weeks of the date of purchase. All orders shipped to addresses in the United States qualify for FREE shipping. There is a $25 charge for international shipping.

Returns & Replacements
Your Jewelry will give you many years of wearing pleasure, if cared for properly.

Do not clean with commercial cleaners or any ultra-sonic machine. To maintain surface luster and color, avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, hairsprays, excessive perspiration, and household chemicals. To avoid surface scratches, store beaded jewelry away from all sharp objects and other metal jewelry.

Wiping with a soft clean cloth after wearing and periodic professional restringing is also recommended. Under Normal wearing conditions, you may return your MTM Recognition beaded necklace for complimentary cleaning and restringing.
